Stirfry Chicken with Ginger and Onion

Hi hi hi!
Today I want to share my very own recipe of stir fried chicken with ginger and onion. Yummeh! Macam sedap pulak kan? Yeah, I cook it today for my lunch. Its only takes approximately 15minutes only! So fast right? 10minutes to prepare the ingredients and 5minutes to cook! Can use the same recipe for beef too! Here is the recipe :

Ingredients:
2 pieces of garlic
Half chop of spring onion
5 slices of ginger
Few slices of Your favorite vegetables (maybe carrot, broccoli)
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
10 slices of boneless chicken
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of blackpepper
Quarter cup of plain water
2 pieces of chilies (if you want it extra hot)
1 tablespoon of corn floor, stir with water (to make the dishes sticky)

How to cook?
  1. Cut the chicken into small chunks, slice the ginger and the garlic, finely chop the spring onions into a large chunk. Chop the vegetables into small cuts.
  2. Heat a wok or fryingpan to over a high heat with the oil. Brown the garlic and ginger then add the chicken, stir fry chicken until white all over
  3. Add oyster sauce, blackpepper and water. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes 
  4. Add in rest of veg and stirfry.
  5. Serve over some hot rice for a perfect finish.
