Grilled Lamb with Cheesy Wedges and Vegetables!

Yummy! Menu for dinner. Grilled lamb with cheesy wedges and vege. Taking approximately around 40minutes to cook, yet so yummy! Modified own recipe.

Grilled lamb:
1/4 kg small cut of lamb shoulder
1tbs table salt
2tbs ground black pepper
1tbs black pepper
2tbs mixed herbs
2tbs olive oil

Mixed all ingredient together (except olive oil) and leave it for minimum 2hours for them to blend. Next, put some olive oil and all ingredient to the pan and grill it until the meat completely cooked.


Cheesy wedges:
Bake the ready made potato wedges for 20minutes. Cut some cheddar cheese and spread on the wedges on the last 5minutes of cooking.

Vegetables:
Rinse all cut vegetables for 5minutes in hot boiled water. Add some salt, olive oil and mixed herbs or oregano.
